Before you post a comment, set up notifications by putting a checkmark where it says "Notify Me" (at the very bottom). Once you do that you will get email from these comments. Click the notification button above to do that.
Ok so you have comments working (at the bottom of the project pages). You can now comment on any page that has them. Just be sure to put a checkmark in so you get notified. Once the checkmar is in you are good to go for that page. New pages require new checkmarks.
